What happens when I submit?
Your new black bin, brown bin and recycling bags will be delivered / re-branded within 10 working days.
You will receive a calendar outlining your collection days and a Welcome Pack detailing how to use our service.
Collection of your bins will commence on the first bin day after your bins have been transferred over to Mr Binman.
You will receive a bill to cover period from your start date until June 2009. This charge which will be less than your present supplier. You must make a payment or sign-up Direct Debit within 2 weeks.
Once we receive payment/Direct Debit, we will send you two paid-up stickers for you to place on the back of your bins. This ensures collection for you and shows how far you are paid up to for your own records.
You will receive an invoice in June for second half of 2009. This will be lower than your current supplier's charges.
